Paul Dowsett

Paul is a leading thinker and advocate in the space of sustainability and architecture. For the past decade, Paul has been central to the introduction of sustainable architecture to the mainstream, while practicing deep community engagement with equity-seeking groups of all backgrounds and abilities. At the core of his philosophy and practice, Paul believes that design and construction solutions should be simple, sensitive, and sustainable.

He is committed to practicing the 3 Ps of sustainability: People, Planet, and Prosperity to deliver, simultaneously, the optimal balance of social equity, environmental responsibility, and financial security for all -- creating a virtuous circle.

Yasmin is a purpose-focused visionary, innovator, entrepreneur and change catalyst. For over 35 years, she has been at the leadership helm of designing, building and transforming, global and local corporations, private enterprises, innovation hubs, NFPs, and social impact initiatives as an executive, consultant and board director. Everything she does is shaped by a core belief that a more sustainable and resilient future that benefits the greater good is not only doable - it is the right thing to do. Yasmin is a recognized systems thinker and collaborator, who helps CEOs and senior decision-makers translate strategies into sustainable action to advance the readiness of business and society to thrive and evolve.

Alec Hay

Founding Principal, Southern Harbour Ltd.
Infrastructure, Risk, Resilience and Protection lead.

Prior to founding Southern Harbour, Alec was the Resilience & Security leader at DIALOG following 25 years with the British Government. Over the last 30+ years he has specialized in fortifications and infrastructure development, which he practises around the World variously for client, consultant and contractor. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Centre for Resilience of Critical Infrastructure. There he focuses on operational risks and resilience of complex infrastructure systems and their socio-economic influence, specifically around sustainable resilient community development and post-trauma rehabilitation. He speaks internationally and has written numerous books, articles and research papers.

MRG founders are also sought-after keynote speakers and expert advisors to CEOs and senior decision-makers. And published authors of books, articles and reports related to the 3 Ps of sustainability: people, planet & prosperity to drive specific change goals.
